Emson is an APPROVED source by panel of RDSO (Research Designs and Standards Organisation) for manufacturing Indian Railway's Components like Hanger for Bogie Bolster Suspension, Screw Coupling Assembly, Draw Gear Assembly, Block Hanger for Bogie Brake etc.

We have developed an in-house die designing facility to manufacture Dies and Tooling to high levels of accuracy. The adoption of technologically advanced quality control methods are the need of hour and company has equipped itself with various quality measuring equipments in Chemical & Mechanical Testing labs.

We produce quality forgings from 100gms to 100 kgs. and are available in Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Non Alloy Steel, Nickel Based Alloys.
